*your booking will not be secure until a non-refundable booking fee is made of £50 to reserve your date and time.
*Bookings MUST have a Minimum TOTAL AMOUNT OF £300 on a Saturday and £300 on a Sunday and £250 on a week day *
BUT if you require 2 artists it will be a minimum of £500 when booking
Trials

*body /chest shimmer and glow if necessary
*skin advice on how to get flawless skin for day – if needed.

- Flower girl’s makeup shimmer, blush and lip gloss = FREE

*all TRIALS are to be booked at a separate occasion and require their own booking fee for their own specific dates and times
**if your makeup is done early – do not worry, it is designed to last – however you can purchase some top up face powder or lipstick to keep your makeups topped up for the day. you must be prepared to maintain your makeup- such as be cautious to not touch your face, drink through a straw and so on**
Bridal premium hair-
If the brides hair takes over 1 hour – so more like1 hour and half plus – it has a £50 charge – this is for the more advanced glam looks with added hair pieces and extensions and long vintage glam waves – kelly can let you know if your hair style will be this type of style or she has the right to state this after you have had a trial. to avoid the costs a more simpler/quicker design could be picked
Travel
Travel costs at 60p per mile there and back and rounded up or down to the nearest pound. If you have a large bridal party which means you need 2 artists – unless the artists can car share or is local to you you may be required to pay 2 lots of travel costs / pay per artists travel costs
Bride on a budget
if you are on a budget or do not meet the minimum price band you can come to KO studio LE13BW and get ready there instead- kelly offers cheaper prices for this service.
Spray tanning
I can do spray tanning single or group appointments, £20 per person – if you book 6 people in i will charge £100 – so the bride goes FREE – this will be done at KO STUDIO.
Parking charges
If there isn’t FREE parking available to access your venue or location you will be charged the additional parking fee on top of any rates previously quoted.
Early start charge
If you need Kelly to start and work before 6am you will be required to pay a £50 early start charge.
Bank holiday
If your wedding is on a bank holiday it will incur a £50 charge
ASSISTANT CHARGES
If your booking is a large booking it will require a £50 charge to cover the costs of arranging an assistant (usually someone to help with hair or large number of makeup faces)- if you want to avoid this fee I do recommend you to book a separate hair stylist/mua/assistants.
TRIALS
To be booked separately, From my studio address KO STUDIO LE13BW
please come with a specific a makeup or hair goal in mind, then we can add to or takeaway where needed to ensure you are completely sold on the makeup look for the special day.
Makeup trials take 1.5hrs per person, and hair and makeup trials take up to 3 hours per person
On the trial I can offer you skin care advice and hair or eyebrow maintenance to ensure you look and feel your best on the special day.
Please note if your hair requires extensions ensure you buy 100% human hair only.
Location changes
If we need to change location from one room to another, or from one venue to another there will be a £50 charge plus the extra travel fees. as moving rooms can be frustrating and does add approx. up to 20-30 minutes on the schedule to pack away the kit to then set it back up again. so to avoid this charge please try to stay in one location. it also means paying the assistant too.
Travelling for Brides
For brides over 1.15 hours away you must put Kelly up in a local hotel/ BNB due to not wanting to risk travelling down on the important day and being lost or stuck in road traffics- the roads are unpredictable and I wouldn’t expect to risk it. This type of booking must also be a minimum of a £350 party booking which all payment of the booking fee must be paid within 1 month before the booking via bacs-For bride abroad, there is a minimum fee of £500 and accommodation and flights must be paid for and the fee must be cleared within 1 month prior to the booking via bacs
Additional
Tattoo cover up
I can do tattoo cover up but prices vary on size and we should ideally trial it, minimum charge is £30 for a size up to a palm size. And A fee of £40 will be up to a hand size
Extra Call out
If you need to me do a 2nd call out for a 2nd change the minimum charging fee will be from £150 plus travel fees.
