Kelly Odell has 15 years of experience within the makeup industry and is the founder and CEO of KOllective AND KO studio. Kelly is now mostly based at her funky creative studio the KO STUDIO where brides can come for their trails and people can come for their special occasion makeups. Kelly is still offering a collective of services such as bridal and special occasion make up, hair styling for all occasions, plus festival makeup and Special effects, face-painting and body art. Kelly mentors Leicester college BA students and she also teaches from her own studio and has 121 lessons OR accredited courses available. Kelly Odell also creates custom made prosthetics available, perfect for fancy dress parties or TV and film. One of her ‘GRETA GREMLIN’ face prosthetics was worn by a drag queen on Amsterdam’s ‘RU PAUL’ drag race and one of her latex noses was worn by a football celebrity on ‘CELEBRITY JUICE’. Kelly has done some work on ITV, SKY ATLANTIC and assisted for the BBC as well as working on many other special events such as the ALEXANDER MCQUEEN exhibit in London. Kelly completed man years at college from level 2 and 3 in makeup and then finished with a degree in” ARTISTIC MAKEUP AND SPECIAL EFFECTS” and ‘CREATIVE INDUSTRIES’ which she passed with first class honours. She can work from her own studio or travel to any location. Kelly has had experience internationally such as many places in the UK, IBIZA, FRANCE, and IRELAND Kelly is an AWARD-WINNING makeup artist, awarded by Illamasqua in which she won 5 thousand pounds worth of prizes. Since then, Kelly has also won a variety of smaller competitions with some great prizes and recognition. Kelly absolutely loves that she gets to do a variety of makeup from the beautiful bridal makeup to creative styles for events plus the horror and gore from doing special effects. with some of her work published in some magazines and local newspapers and shared by reputable brands such as Bored Panda and Stan Winston school.
